• Remaining payments shall be made according to the agreed milestone schedule or invoice terms.

• Invoices are payable within the specified due date.

• Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work until outstanding dues are cleared.

Kommunicano Media reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue payments.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

• Supply required content, logos, images, credentials, and approvals on time.

• Respond to requests for feedback within reasonable timelines.

• Ensure they have the necessary rights to all materials provided.

Delays in approvals or required information may affect project timelines.

 

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Kommunicano Media retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, strategies, templates, source files, proprietary frameworks, and internal methodologies developed during the project.

• Final deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property only after full payment has been received.

• Third-party assets, stock images, fonts, plugins, software licenses, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

Kommunicano Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, presentations, social media, marketing materials, and case studies unless restricted by a signed confidentiality agreement.

 

8. Revisions

Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges.

Requests that substantially change the original project scope may be treated as new work.

 

9. Project Timelines

​

Estimated timelines are provided based on information available at project commencement.

Kommunicano Media shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Client approval delays

• Incomplete information

• Third-party vendors

• Platform outages

• Events beyond reasonable control

 

10. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms including:

• Google

• Meta

• Instagram

• YouTube

• Shopify

• WordPress

• Wix

• AWS

• Cloud hosting providers

• Payment gateways

Kommunicano Media is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

 

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed except where required by law or with prior written consent.

 

12. Acceptable Website Use

• Lead volumes

• Advertising performance

• Viral content

• Return on investment (ROI)

15. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

• Work completed up to the termination date shall be billed.

• Payments already made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Any outstanding invoices become immediately payable.

 

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kommunicano Media, its employees, directors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
